Return & Replacement Policy

1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are final once an order is placed.

2. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (damage/wrong item)
  • Packaging photo (if applicable)

3. Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized items (with name, quote, logo, or custom pages) cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing error or damage during delivery.

4. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is lost in transit due to courier mishandling, we will assist in the claim process and arrange a replacement whenever possible.

5. Eligibility

To be eligible for replacement, items must be unused and kept in original condition and packaging.
